Reductions for children: Children up to 3 years old stay free at Schlössl. Cribs are at your disposal. Children aged 4-14 years get a reduction of 15-50% when they share their parents' bedroom.

In case of late arrival or early departure the days will be fully charged.

The given prices are quoted per person/day plus visitor's tax. (Visitor's tax for all guests aged 16 and older € 1,95 in winter and € 1,25 in summer.) Package prices are quoted per stay plus visitor's tax. A supplement of € 3,- per day/person will be charged for all stays of 1-3 nights.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept credit cards. You may pay by EURO or bank cheques, cash card or cash.

In case of room cancellation until 3 weeks before arrival 70% of the total sum will be charged. If the cancelled rooms are reassigned no cancellation fee will be claimed. In case of room cancellation within 3 weeks before arrival the total sum will be charged. We ask a deposit of € 200,- per booked room. Every contract is an individual contract. The regulations of the Austrian Hotel Association may apply.

Place of jurisdiction Hermagor. Payment of all arrangements with skipass only CASH on arrival or by prior bank transfer. Check-in 3 pm. Check-out 11 am.
