Er zeigt uns die Kunst der Reduktion von Formen. Keine Beschränkung, sondern ein klarer Fokus auf das Entscheidende. Es sind Präzisionswerke, die mit unglaublicher Geduld, viel Liebe und großem Können auf den Naturholzplatten entstehen – reduziert auf vier Farben. Seine Visualkunst ist eine Freude.

Rarely seen such a charming and beautiful "old" castle hotel. In addition, the hotelier family Steinwender and their entire team are incredibly good hosts and you feel at home from the first moment of arrival. The concept of "Slow-Food" and the clear commitment to local products, mostly from their own cultivation or breeding, is outstandingly implemented and Johannes Steinwender is a true top chef! The location for direct hikes from the hotel is fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful.

"Sehr gemütliches Familiengeführtes Hotel in guter Lage und vor mit sehr Gutem Essen, aus dem eigenen Garten, das vegetarische Menü war Jeden Abend abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Ein Lob an die Küche. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sportwagen Ausfahrt in die Dolomiten war sehr gut organisiert und persönlich vom Senior Chef und Chefin begleitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns schon."
