Rates are in Euro per person or per apartment per night
Rates do not include the local surcharge: € 2,70 and from January 2026 € 4,70 per person/night from age 17
Single occupancy surcharge: € 10.00 or rather € 20.00/night
€ 5,- short-stay surcharge for 1 - 3 nights per person per night
WLAN – free of charge for hotel guests
Surcharge New Year’s Eve € 44.00 per person from age 17/New Years Brunch € 34.00 per person from age 17
Pets in the room: € 21.00 and from May 2025 € 23.00 per pet/night – food not included

Arrival & Departure:

The rooms are ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival
The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure
In case of late arrival or early departure, the days will be charged in full.

Payment:

Cancellation:

Cancellations of booked rooms up to 3 weeks prior to the arrival date will be for free. The overall costs will be charged if rooms are cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Every contract concluded with us is an individual contract. The provisions of the "Austrian Hotel Regulations" apply otherwise. Place of jurisdiction: Hermagor.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
