• Rates are in Euro per person or per apartment per night
• Rates do not include the local surcharge: between € 2,70 and € 3,-- per person/night from age 17
• Single occupancy surcharge: € 10.00 or rather € 20.00/night
• € 5,- short-stay surcharge for 1 - 3 nights per person per night
• WLAN – free of charge for hotel guests
• Surcharge New Year’s Eve € 42.00 per person from age 17/New Years Brunch € 22.00 per person from age 17
• Pets in the room: € 21.00 per pet/night – food not included

• The rooms are ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival
• The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the days will be charged in full.

• Deposit: € 200.00 for each room booked.
• Payment of all arrangements incl. ski pass can only be made in CASH on the day of arrival, by bank transfer in advance or by EC card on the day of issuance

Cancellations of booked rooms up to 3 weeks prior to the arrival date will be for free. The overall costs will be charged if rooms are cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Every contract concluded with us is an individual contract. The provisions of the "Austrian Hotel Regulations" apply otherwise. Place of jurisdiction: Hermagor.
