In the Lerchenhof agriculture, natural production is carried out with a lot of commitment and love, and with the annually changing cultivation, grains are processed.
In the own grain mill, only grain varieties from the natural cultivation are ground. The grain is cleaned using a wind sifter (windmill) from the 1930s. Restored and adapted to modern times, up to 150 kg of grain can be cleaned per hour. Our grain is ground with the stone mill. Frame and motor are custom-made. The funnel dates back to the 1930s, the four millstones to the 1940s. Up to 80kg of flour per hour are possible.
